All in person sessions are by appointment; cash, checks, and credit cards accepted. 

I no longer accept insurance, but would be happy to give you receipts and copies of your charts so you can apply for reimbursements with your insurance carrier yourself (this requires a doctor's prescription beforehand).

If you are late for your session, I will try to give you as complete a treatment as possible in the time remaining.

If you need to reschedule your session, please contact me at least 24 hours before to avoid a charge of half the session price; no-shows are charged full session price, unless due to sudden illness or accident. Exception: In Group Chair Yoga and Qi Gong classes, participants are not penalized for absences, though instructor and venue appreciate you calling or emailing if you need to skip a class.

Bodywork is an investment in your health. Biweekly or monthly massage treatments maintain tissue health and prevent pain. Private or semiprivate Yoga classes get you started on developing a daily home practice of improving posture and balance, increasing muscle and bone strength, helping to stabilize and reverse scoliosis, and building  bone mass as well as functional strength. Homework assignments include how-to drawings and instructions.
